Good Afternoon All
Is there an easy way to delete out someone's name in the name directory and to delete out their voice mail greeting? We recently had a group of 25 interns finish their internships and I need to set the station's name in the directory and voice mail back to the defult settings. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry forgot to add that I am running an Axxess 9.115 using the Session Manager Software.

the easiest way is to delete them. If you are going to reuse the phones/mailboxes simply recreate them as new.
