I administer an Inter-tel Axxess 8.004 system. Today I noticed a little quirk. I received a voicemail from a local number which is rare in my position. I used the reply, return call feature and the voicemail only dialed 7 digits rather than 10. 10 digit dialing is setup and working everywhere else in the system. This only happens when replying to a voicemail message.
Any ideas?
