Wondering if anyone has any input on why an extension would not forward to the voicemail port? I have the extension set up correctly and the Voice Processor sees the extension, however when I dial the extension it just rings and rings, and this happens on all the extensions on this card. Is there a setting somewhere on the card that prevents the extension from going to VM?
Thanks for reading and thanks even more for the input!!

Their all on the same station card? if so can you swap the card with another one and see if the problem follows the card? If it follows the card look at the J1 jumper see if it's on int or ext..that's the only jumper I know of on the DKSC 16 and the 16 plus.

What system and what software version do you have?
My guess is you havn't set up a forwarding path and or you havn't enabled the System Forwarding flag (354).
