We just had a new system installed and are having issues with incoming calls. The caller can hear us but we cannot hear the caller. It happens almost daily on our receptionist extension (100). Some days more than once, it also happens on other extensions but not as often. The fix is to take the phone out of DHCP and assign a new static IP one that has not been assigned to the extension before, reboot the phone a couple of times and all is good for 24-48 hours most of the time. When this issue is occurring the extension can intercom with 2 way communications but cannot listen to voice mail.
Any suggestions or help woudl be greatly appreciated.

Like Coral Tech said more info is needed.
If routers are involved confirm ALG is disabled.
