OS7200 V4.92f with PRI, SIP 40 IP Phones. Two phones in a UCD group have an issue. If a call is put on Park on their phone, those two phones can no longer receive a call until the call is taken off of Park or until someone else picks up the call. Any ideas? The issue is with SMT-i5220 V2.40.

How many call buttons do the phones have? Putting the call on park takes up the call button. If they don't have another available, it will then require them to dismiss the parked call to answer another call or do anything else.

They each have 3 Call Buttons.
