Greetings, I have ports 5060,5061,9012, 30000-30015 and 40000-40031 port forwarded to the IP address of the MP10 OS7100 release 4.95. The Galaxy Note 5 registers and I get the green phone Icon. I dial an extension it rings I answer and connect but no talk audio. I dial the sip cell extension the cell rings same thing no talk audio. I have tried forwarding ports 1-60000 to the MP address same results. I have tried with MPS enabled and disabled same results. Any thoughts? TIA, John

Disable sip alg in the router/firewall.
Just had a customer with sip trunks change isp and they had to disable this on the new router, as they had no speech

Thank You. I had to change out the router to something that allowed me to turn off sip/alg. It's working now.

We-Voip is a sip phone.
SIP ALG will apply regardless of what your lines are.

I have no firewall in front of my OS7100 I use a public IP with no forwarding, all ports open, I know this is not good but it is temporary. So I can not change this in the firewall. Do I need to contact my provider?

How are you doing the forwarding? 1:1 NAT or DMZ?
Google SIP ALG and your firewall, it may not be a setting available in the web interface, on some router/firewall you have to use the CLI to turn this off

Are you testing from a wifi network or cellular network? The last time I tested it, there were issues with getting WE-VOIP to work over Verizon's network. I tested it on AT&T and it worked fine. We have seen the same issue with SIP trunks on Verizon's data network.
Has anyone else seen issues with WE-VOIP on particular cell carriers?

Samsung just updated the We-VoIP app and that resolved my problems.
