Customer is a R.V. 5th wheel Manufacturer. They have a mobile service person on the road. They want to transfer calls to this persons cell phone. The dial tone provider is ComCast. I'm going out on site now. you can also text me w/questions 5743206877 Thank you, gary

IF they have 3way calling with transfer they could flash the line and dial the cell number and connect the call.
If not you can creat a virtual port that is forwarded to a speed dial bin and just have them transfer the call to the virtual extension number.this would tie up two lines.
