I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what I can use. I use Phonelogger for Panasonic SMDR, but I used to have ProSMDR for everything else. I bought it a couple of years ago, and, of course, they're out of business. I need to slap the data into a file that has web access. The customer can then take the data and sort it on a comma delimited file.
Low cost is good and I need a response by 3PM :-)

Problem solved :-) I sold them a new phone system. The SX-50 had Generic 34 or 35 (as in 34xx or 35xx) and I was missing some very key features for voice mail, plus he needed to allow the customer to dial a digit and go to external reservations. I had a project on the books for extended stay DID anyway, so he sprung for a new system that combined all the feature in a VoIP trunking solution and hospitality package.
It's my first foray into this system, so in two weeks, I'll probably be back, tearing my hair out. I needed a good summer project anyway.

I used to use some software called "Monarch" it captured an SMDR stream and let you massage it into customized reports. As I recall, it works fairly well.
Does anything like that still exist, or is that something else that went out with the Flintstones?

Sometimes you can get lucky and use web.archive.org to download old software or get manuals that are in the Internet archive. It has saved me on numerous occasions. Just type in the old URL of the website and you will get a listing/history of a cache of the website on a timeline and can look for what you need.
Good luck.
