Has anyone replaced a Nortel system with an IPOffice and kept the Nortel phones? How did it go?

Did this for a 6 site school district a couple of years ago. Aside from the learning curve, as always, it went well. No major malfunctions and the ever popular 'Our old phone system did this...' was minimal.
That said, months of planning and groundwork had a part in things as well. Weeks on the bench testing before deployment of equipment was critical. We were lucky to have the lead time for this. You may not have this luxury, I know.

Yes, replaced 2 systems. With the exception VM, which is different, every thing went well. Better then Partner edition.

I did 2 A school which was fine and a business that wasn't. The business relied heavily on the "on another call" screen pop when they called a busy extension. That is one feature the IPO doesn't have. Ended up swapping the Norstar sets for 1416's with BLF/DSS's. It was that hot of an issue.
