Previously, before replacing my dxdiag card, I could monitor all phones and it INCLUDED the mic on each phone. Management would then be able to hear conversations from employees in the background when not on the phone and the phone was cradled. After replacing the dxdiag card and resetting the system monitoring now only works when the phone is picked up. I'd like to be able to fix this as there are several rooms here in and management would like to be able to make sure employees aren't in other offices chatting and not working.
Any advice on how to fix this?
