We have Comdial DX-80 phone system in our office. A port recently went out and a tech came and changed the extension from 102 to 109. Now the phone does not ring and no caller id shows up. I have the installation and maintenance manual, but I can't seem to figure out which one will get it to ring. Any help?

I suggest you call the tech back and have them finish the job correctly.

Yep...for sure. He should have checked the programming of 102 and made 109 just like 102. That's part of the service call.
