I have a vodavi 5000 and my tech is no longer around so I need a little help. Ext. 109 automatically dials ext 103, is there a feature code to remove this? Is this user guide stuff or system programming?

It could be call forwarded, several different forms of call forward or it could be forwarded in the voice mail to that extension depending on the VM.
Station level call forwarding can be found in the user guide.

I assume you mean when 109 goes off hook it dials ext 103 automatically..to clear this: before you pick up the handset or press speaker dial 691-00.
