I need to get 8 rings before the AA answers is that done in the UDC No Answer Time it is set at 19 and the overflow 1 Timer at 19 but still rings only 6 times. Is it changed in the predefined forward timing should i change it from 16 to 20. If that's the case it will ring 8 times before calls will go into mailbox's as well as 8 times before AA.
