I was looking for SIP business choices and came across Panasonic VOIP.... Panasonic VOIP (SIP Trunking) This is provided by IDT Telecom. The pricing seems quite enticing compared to what I pay presently through ATT. Any opinion on the quality of this provider? Thanks

IF you have a rock solid internet connection it should be fine.
Unless people are watching videos, streaming music etc. in which case your sound quality is degraded.
There is no way to insure quality using the public internet.
