First, I want to say thanks for the help I got from this forum. I never used IPK before and I managed to figure out how it works from this place, the info found here was very helpful.

I had to reconfigure the extension ringing, that did take a while to understand how it flows as the NEC system is very complicated, I thought that without training I would not be able to do it.

here is the issue:
We have 4 virtual 201,202,203,204. They are setup on most of the phones in section 15-07 as function keys #7 and #8 as shown on this image

Now I am trying to update some extensions with the virtual extensions, example 201 but when I hit apply button I get this message: There were errors when trying to apply the changes
none of 201-204 worked.

If I create new virtual extension 205, I am able to save it.

How can I find out why it doesn't want to save?

Note: saving works in other sections, I am using internet explorer browser

Check the other keys on that phone for an appearance.

I have tried other extensions they all give this error when I tried to set VE 201-204
Tried other function keys, same result
