Good morning- I have a customer with a Magix R4, with a Magix Messaging R4, who wants to archive recorded calls (utilizing the 'record-a-call'feature) on something other than the flash card in the Messaging module. Is there a way of backing up calls to another storage device, like a computer's hard drive?

Number 1, mailbox messages are NOT backed up to the flash card, so I hope they aren't relying on that!!
I doubt unified messaging voicemail to email could be made to work, given that it required an Exchange version from 12 years ago.
Set up an external recording device, and record them calling into the system and retrieving the messages.
Then look to a modern telephone system designed to do this, such as IP Office and Xima Call Recording
