I work on about seven different systems. They ALL have things trust me. If you get away from ring groups and use VE (if you are ringing the phones forever) you eliminate headaches AND can control timers. I can't tell you the last system I put in that has analog phones save fax machines and polycom etc. But yes that is a pain just rare I have to deal with it. ACD has always been a trunk function on the system (and makes sense for reporting. You CAN dial the ACD from the auto attendant. You CAN dial the AA pilot internally. I have a lot of customers that have this. Dept groups are good for what..vm and conference bridges? If you get hung up on something let me know. Trust me, there are limitations but knowing what they are, planning and selling the proper equipment and licensing is everything.

Didn't want to start war here...Thanks for help, as stated above it works with VE... My remarks is related with programming - to make to work, you have to change few menus, find all limitation ... I'm not saying anything against solution - just comparing with other on the market. But, as I stated above, this is just my opinion, nothing else.
