Have a request from customer: Incomming Call (analogue PSTN) has to ring on 101 and 102 for 5 -6 rings, then on 103 for another 3-4 rings, then VM (if possible 101)... How to do that one more extra step (VM)? Thanks!!!

You need to use Vitual Extension. All that can be done with using them and the delay feature.

The above will work providing that those stations are digital or IP sets. Won't work on analog stations..

Thanks for this...yes, they are digital. Compared with other systems, pretty limited (and complicated)...but, It's just my opinion. All good, working with Virtual...

Those three guys ^ have helped me with some SL1100 stuff, and they all know what they're talking about. If they say it's so, then it is.

Really? I can make NEC do about anything I want compared to others. But in saying that there are a lot call flow deficiencies in the SL and the SV8100 / 9100 systems compared to other systems service techs work on or replace.. Things like transferring to multiple ring groups for an AA, Being in a Dept GP without losing your ability to set CFNA to voicemail, To be able to daisy change ring groups and then to go voicemail, have ringing virtuals on analog ports, being able to call a ACD pilot and the InMail pilot internally without using a loopback circuit. I get these sort of questions every week from service techs out there but it doesn't matter how many time we ask for these features it just into dead air in Japan..
