Anyone know how to decode the error messages from CM EA0?
The code displayed is 140811095041010C
I know the first 12 characters are: (20)14 August 11 09:50:41
The issue is the 010C. The Command manual shows the fault as "Firmware version un-matching between CPU blade and Line/Trunk blade"
The system has been installed for three years and running without any problems. It hiccupped this morning - according to what the customer described, the voicemail server shut down. Received "a fax tone" when calling voicemail. Of course everything was working find when I arrived on site.
The system is at R7 but slated for R9 upgrade next week.

Each time the CPU is updated, new firmware files are also made available to update the blades. This error means that the CPU has updates available for the blades. You can update them using PCPro, or CMD E50. If you are scheduled for an update to R9, then run the blade updates afterward.
