An XTS customer discovered they cannot dial any number that starts with 618-501-xxxx.
If they bypass LCR (using feature code 88+3-digit CO number) they can dial the number ok, so its not the service provider.
THe problem seems to be just the 618 area code with 501 office code combination, I tried other area codes and the office number 501 works ok.
I looked at LCR tables and seems area code 618 is setup same as all others. Any idea what I need to look for?
Thanks

Is this 1 plus dialing? What happens when they dial this combination? Reorder tone or a busy or recording?
You might try putting this combo in the six digit office code table.
