when I use IP Office Manager to access IP Office 500, it says "Failed to retrieve the configuration from IP Office. Please check that the user details are correct"
But I could use the same username and password to get it through web page. Is there any configuration need to be changed?

Are you connecting Manager from a different subnet than the IP Office is on?

is your manager version the same or higher then the ipo you are trying to connect
