DSX 40 with a wireless headset and electronic WHA adapter.
User complains that when they receive icm calls, they hear it in the headset. If they don't happen to have the headset on, they wouldn't hear it. The user's headset key is off, until his phone receives the call. At that time the headset key lights. Previous to getting a headset, the user and caller would talk via the speaker.
Is there a program I'm missing for proper setup? Thanks.
Jim
