is there a command line interface for samsung OS systems? a client of mine has Avaya PBXs internationally and have uniform barring that they want applied all over. they would want a screenshot of the calls to particular destinations showing that they have been descriminated. On the Avaya they say its possible and they want the same on the samsung machines.

There is no cli interface for organizing, only for debug traces (which only the Korean engineers can understand).
There are toll tables on the system which do what you are after
