We have Managed IP PRI service from TDS Metro. 18 channels open and block of 30 DIDs. main(pilot) number is (XXX)XYZ-5850 block of numbers (XXX)XYZ-5110 to (XXX)XYZ-5137
If I call any of our numbers, key for Line 1 will light, second call will go to Line 2 and so on. All Lines have identical setup: 3101 Loop Start | name and number are blank | DTMF checked 3112 Key Ring with overflow to 801.
How to make calls coming thru (XXX)XYZ-5111 to terminate on particular Line?
According to one TDS technician they send 7 digits to CPE and expect 7 back Ive tried to setup DID translation entry 3301 to 7 digits 3302 entry 1 to ***5111 | 313 | 313 | TEST LINE | use line and switched Line 1 to DID Immediate Start. Test calls will not route to 313 extension.
am i missing something?

3101 would be DID immediate start
3121 T1/PRI
give some line keys for incoming, a couple of loops for outgoing.
DID will not go to a particular line, only ext.\\
1213 set channels, clock slave, signal-ISDN NI-2 LOOPBACK-NONE, ESF B8ZS

brokeda, That was set at one point, but for some reason didnt work first time I tried it, I guess there is a delay before programming is applied to the system or has something to do with large volume of calls coming in when I did it. It does work now, except I noticed one difference between DID call to extension and actual extension call. With DID call i cant get voice mail of that extension to answer a call, looks like call is using Line Overflow and goes to Key ring. It does off-premisses call forwarding when turned ON, but wouldnt go to voicemail, strange. Also tried DID to Group 601 with overflow to extension desired extension, still no voice mail.
Manual says: If a DID call is unanswered and is eventually routed to voice mail, it will route to the mailbox of the initial DID destination. This is true regardless of whether the call routed to voice mail via DID Line Overflow, Call Forwarding, or Extension Hunting.
Cant figure out how to route to voice mail?

601 overflow is to 700, it will fall into box 601
If in DID you set number to use line schedule thats what it follows
in 2115 use ALL/BUSY/RNA, set DID Intercept to 700 ICM will then go to VM
Turn off KEy Ring to all sets unless needed.
If number is not assigned as DID it will follow KEY RING

Brokeda, Thanks, your tips put me in the right direction. This is how it was programmed: DID for ***5111 has no entry for day or night translation and follows Sched #2. Sched#2 rings extension 610 and overflows to 810 (day greeting) or 811 (night) Dept.Group 610 has no entry for overflow and Voicemail is set to "none". Incoming calls to (XXX)XYZ-5111 ring extensions assigned to Dept.group 610 if RNA intramail 810 or 811 will route a call to desired menu option. Remaining DIDs are not assigned and follow Sched #1 set for all lines.
