Howdy Kumpels,
I have a 7100 ver 4.75 and all 5210 and 5230 phones.
I changed the mode to Auto Answer Intercom (so they intercom speaker) and it takes off the name and extension number off the display and just says on all the phones =AUTO ANSWER MODE=
Is that a bug? It only shows name and extension number if it's in Ring Mode.

As far as I know it's been that way since the smti phones were released.

I b*****d at Samsung about that also and told them that was the dumbest feature they have ever come up with and all they could say was "That is the way it was designed".
