ext 101 & 102 show the green message alert siginal. Display says New VM MSG : 1. The system has no Voice Mail System, it might of had a Voice message system before I purchase this. Can you please tell me how to get rid of the green alert light. Thank you

Why don't you just do a cold start on the box? It'll get rid of previous programming and default to a fresh database.
