I have all the phones ringing i need to set up Caller ID and my Voice mail and auto Attendant i have 2 company ran off the phone system i was wandering if i could have different auto attendant depending on which line rings also at night i need the phone to forward to a cell phone i can manually do that if i have to but if the phone system will do it i don't have to remember LOL
The Auto Attendant i want to just put on hold after Greeting For both companys PHONE SOFTWARE SP017 V7.01

Well, I don't know if it's still policy that users need to fill out their profiles before getting any kind of detailed help, but it might be a good idea for you to fill us in a bit. Like, are you a telephone system installer, an end-user, or a guy with a phone system in the trunk of his car?
All phones ringing on all lines is the factory default. A qualified phone tech could set that up for you quickly, and could set up night mode for you as well. Caller ID calls for special trunk cards that support caller ID. We would have to know more about the hardware inside the box to be able to help you on that. But if you aren't a phone guy, you don't really want to fool around inside the box.

i have a back ground in stalling the old att systems that are now nortel i have not installed a system in about 10 years im putting this in my business that i have now and i know im just missing one little thing the system i have has an coib8 card and a Fms2 card i know im probably over looking some thing simple i dont have the software to connect to the FMS2 it connects through the 9 pin serial cable just looking for a little help
