if they set from the console the phone will ring but if you set one in the EMEM VM on the AX controller it won't?
It isn't a tennanting issue. I have also upgraded the software to 5.0.2.12 and still nothing.
It has to be something really simple I am forgetting?
I am setting them myself through a front desk mailbox and watching in maintenance
