we just took on a new hotel that has a 3300 but not using the embeded VM they are using a external VM but the PC only says Mitel on it. Possible a Nupoint? My question is since I don't have passwords for this yet and no way to get dialed in is their a admin mailbox like in the EMEM? I am trying to default a couple mailbox's and add a new one for them.

Good news: That's almost certainly a "Mitel Mail" which is NuPoint Messenger with a Mitel label. Probably a model 70.
Bad news: If memory serves me, you need a console for access. Baypoint Innovations offered TUIs only on the ill-fated One-Point Messenger.

If it does not have a monitor and keyboard you can hook up to one of the serial ports with your laptop and procomm. Probably the one that is not connected to the PMS. Does it have a modem connected to it on a serial port?
