My customer has 2 businesses that he is operating out of a small office that is sharing a TAW848 phone system and a TVA50 voice messaging system. He wants each business to have its own main greeting, which I've done many times with a TDA50 and a TVA50, but for some reason I can't get this to work with the TAW848 and the TVA50. I'm using custom service menus for the greetings and I've shown my 2nd business as its own trunk group in the phone system and have matched it to the same trunk group number in the TVA50. I'm beginning to think that this may be one of those things that won't work between an analog phone system and the TVA50. Any thoughts or suggestions?

All version from V1 had this feature, only with APIT integration.
