We have people who are receiving voicemail messages, and I'd like to stop it. The operators are in huntgroups. Is there a way for someone to leave a message while in a huntgroup?

We use the Overflow timer to send calls to a Call Routing Application. The CRA plays a recording apologizing for the wait and also offers the option to leave a voicemail by pressing 1. The digit translation for 1 transfers the caller to the hunt group voice mailbox.
