Partner ACS 7 91K Adtran 924e from Wave Broadband Partner was connected to cable company MTA and was getting caller ID now switched to a Adtran 924e and Partner does not get caller id, but butt set does from 66 block. Any suggestions for the cable company to try settings on their adtran 924e?

I'm not familiar with that Adtran. My thought would be to have the cable company make whatever adjustments they can to try to get an output that the Partner ACS can see/work with. While SLTs and buttsets may be able to handle a varied caller ID signal, the Partner ACS really needs a signal that is in line with what traditional LECs send.
