All,
I have inherited a Neaxmail AD 64 voicemail system. The old administrator left and did not leave Personal ID and Security code does not work. Is there a way to reset this info or someone to contact for support?
When trying to login with the NEC user I get an Invalid Security colde
Any help provided is greatly appreciated!

Any help provided is greatly appreciated! I'm in the same boat. We got handed this AD 64 VM server and nobody knows the manager username or password. We called NEC and they told me to pound sand because it's no longer supported. If anyone can point me in a direction with a light at the end of it, that would be awesome! Thanks Justin

There is one thing you can try. Have every user log in to their mailbox, then press 0. If they get to the manager's options then they have manager rights. Once in you can add or modify manager status.

This an OS/2 active voice system per chance? Coral, This is running on Windows XP. I've dug through the registry and the file system so see if i could find something but no luck.
