In a 500IDCS there seems to issue with the keys A,B,C,D..... keys on an iDCS 28 Button sets?
The keys like conf, transfer, redial, do not disturd, etc seems to be loosing their programming??? What could be causing these buttons to delete themselves?

In MMC 721 after buttons programming, save the programme on that set
heads up
