i think they got me beat on this one. customer wants to have off net transfers to cell phones to go out on lowest available co line rather than highest. system is sbx. is this possible.

I think the request is better stated as pulling from the last line in the group or the first available line.
You can change the order but it will be for everything...LNR, Speed dial and dial 9 access. You can't change it just for off net cell transfers.
PGM 160 flex button 3 changes the the co line choice from the last line (highest number) to first available.

thats new to me. they seem to want things that way so i will make the change. if they yelp i can always put it back. thanks for the help in this one.

The way I see it work is you set it for the last number in the group or round where it starts at the last number and goes up each time you go off hook. I hate this feature, I want to make it work from line 1, to line 2 etc.
