This feature is now referred to as "hot line" or "warm line". Hot hits a designated button immediately when going off hook, while warm allows a delay before doing so. You'll need to put a pool button on the phone and set hot/warm to select that button.

I don't use a pool button, I simply set the phone to hot, then in PGM 122, set it for whatever line group you want it to pick up on.
