Hi all,
Working on a CIX100, with an LVMU.
I'm wondering if there is a way to reduce the time between the "Please Hold on while I try that extension" and voicemail kicking in. Right now it is about 10 seconds of dead air.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Is that a canned message or recorded by customer? If recorded by customer my guess is they didnt press # immediately at end of recording and let it time out.leaving dead air

Is it using supervised or unsupervised transfer?

Is it using supervised or unsupervised transfer? My guess is supervised transfer and no on hold music.
