I have a few Toshiba CIX1200 systems that are IP together. I am having an issue with call forwarding to my active voice voice mail system. If I set a user up with system call forward busy no answer we get the users voice mail box. If I take that same line and do #6011 to send all calls directly to voice mail I get the voice mail system main intro greeting. If I remove the system call forwarding and leave direct call forwarding on I then get the users voice mail greeting. Any way of getting users oive mail box with having both System and Direct call forward on at the same time.?
Any help would be great.

How does the active voice integrate with the Toshiba? Is it analog extensions off the Toshiba? If it is I would use a digit grabber and compare the info sent by both type of forwards and try to mimic the one that works to the one that doesn't. Good Luck, John

You can turn system call forwarding on and off, #621 disables , #620 activates

Could you not use DND instead of call forward?
