Hi all! I bought the SBX IP 320 24 button phones in 2011
We have made use of some of the features on this phone but I am stumped every time I look at how to make auto attendant CCR go to a specific name or extension in our office. What steps do I start with? We don't want to have a person just to answer the phones and this will be a 24 hour automatic CCR. Not day ring mode/night ring mode/or weekend/ Which mode? Which program? PGM 146? Thanks for the help.

CCR is a DISA ring setting not a CO line ringing setting. Using Admin software it is pgm 140 right click, update tool, then choose day, night, etc destination and what greeting number should play. If you assign a greeting with normal co ringing the message will play but will ignore all dialed digits from the caller.
