I have a customer who wants to change the greeting on the general delivery mailbox. As 998 has no place to re-record it, it must be one of the canned system prompts. I know how to get in there but can't find the chart in the manuals of what number prompt it is. I swear I've seen it before but can't recall where or which book has it.
