Two people have private lines. Those lines have a single button on each of the two extensions to allow them to dial out or take inbound calls. They are supposed to be completely separate. Outbound is fine. Inbound calls, if not answered, get picked up by the correct VM extension.
Inbound calls are supposed to ring the correct extension only, but that's not happening. Inbound calls to either phone number are ringing both extensions at the same time and either of them can answer.
I'm assuming there is something programmed incorrectly that can be fixed in emanager. Does that sound right? Any ideas on where to look?
