Hi all,
I have been tasked with changing the voice prompts for one of our departments on our Telrad emagen system, at the moment the callers can leave a message, I need to take that option out and add a voice message for callers to ring another number or send an email.
Nobody in the company has ever done anything on the system as it's quite old so we are stuck.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know if you are using department greetings/instructions or a script mailbox? Do you know the software level of the EmaGen? Is the EmaGen on the network?

I believe it is scripts, unsure of the software level and yes it is on the network.
Where would I find the software level?
