In the past 3 weeks ive had 3 ip 500 v1 cabs fail. System works fine (other than not being able to connect via manager) then after a power cycle the unit fails to come back on.
Had a quick look at the psu and cannot see any blown caps.
Has anybody had the same issue and has found a fix

Have a bunch of V1 out there never had a problem like that. Do you have them grounded? are they on a UPS?

Same as ^^ Ken here, out of all the V1 and V2 we have in service we have only ran into (1) bad power supply and that was after the building took a direct lighting hit.

Hate to say that we've had several V1's that came up with dead power supplies. It's a faster recovery for the customer to swap the power supply from a working refurb V1 then it is to take the refurb V1 cabinet, load the correct level of firmware, and reload the configuration (if you have it).
