I have a phone that requires entering in a code/password before an outgoing call can be made. I have no idea what the code/password is. How do I change the code/password or get rid of it altogether?
Thanks.

I've figured out it's called an "account code." I've been in Flash 31 to delete or change the code but nothing changes. Every other phone doesn't require a code to dial out. No idea how to get it removed from this specific phone

I'm going to guess this is a XTS/STS/Triad You would need to program that extensions Class of Service to be unrestricted and you should be good to go. Look at the other phones class of service.

It is a triad and Class of Service was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much. I've been able to change that phone to be like all the other phones.

Michael
