On the OS100/500 R2, MGI3 card there is a super cap and an on/off switch. What happens when the super cap dries out and whatever memory it holds is lost? Reason I ask, I have had a couple network jobs with MGI3 cards stop working "no MGI channel". Replace the card = life is good. If the super cap dries out does this "kill" the card?
