Hi guys

Just a quick one. Customer would like to program a mobile number into the VM so that someone calling in can either leave a message or press '4' to be transferred to the mobile. Aparently this is already in place on a few extensions. Can they set this up themselves or would i have to go to site and connect to the TVM 200 to do this?? Apologies if this doent make sense.

This is called Personal Custom Service. User can set this up by logging into their mailbox and choosing option 38 (US version).
