hello guys. my customer says they need more volume for the speakerphones. if we turn them up past 9 they get clipping. is there a solution to get more volume without loosing the audio. thanks dave

Using the admin software, go to Nation Specific program 411. Look at the top line for Acob..and along the left for DTI_spk. Where they meet LOWER the volume at least four numbers, update and then reset the ksu. If it still clips lower it some more.

if i do lower it will it lower the max volume on the stations. if not they will be very happy.

This basically adjusts the balance between the speakers and the analog co lines. When the level overdrives the speaker the volume drops.
