does the super console 1000 on an SX-200 AX controller have anything you can add for a ringer light. So when the console is ringing for any reason there would be a light that flashes.

No. If you want a visual indicator, you could associate a single line port with the console and get a visual ringing device (Sandman has them) and connect that to the single line port.
Form 19 dial zero needs to point to the group with the console LDN and that single line port.

FYI, pointing dial 0 calls to the console's ext. number, stops the call fwd/other features associated with an LDN key from operating properly.
