i have a situation with a system and i am familiar with the 124i - this is a 384i - alot of the programming is the same but the cards are not - periodically when i call from a digital ext to a anaolg station, the sound quality is terrible (sounds like i am in a cave)-i can hang up and call right back and it is fine - doesnt seem to be same calling or receiving ext - it is random. digial and anaolg cards have been moved around and it has no effect - seems to be mabye in the call routing - i remember something to do with a tone detect card on the 124i - does the CDTU card serve the same purpose - anyone got any ideas?
