I'm an end user who also handles some of the small technical issues. Our receptionist just asked if we could increase the number of rings before it goes into VM. I can't locate that information in my manual. Ideas? Thanks.

Look in Class 4 for the Forward/No answer timer. The listed setting is in seconds , with one ring cycle about 4 seconds long.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
